Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable / accounts payable duties
• Responsible for daily accounting function including data input, vouchers, cheques preparation, prepare bank reconciliations and maintain good filing system
• Liaise with relevant departments on accounts-related matters
• Assist other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Holder of LCC Intermediate or above
• Good command of both written & spoken English, Putonghua & Cantonese
• Strong analytical, good presentation, problem-solving and communications skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing.
• At least 1 year relevant working experience
• Immediately available would be an advantage
