Responsibilities: 

1. Provide administrative, accounting and marketing support to the local team and ensure smooth daily operations of the company;
2. Provide sales and finance administrative support to HK/SEA/Japan markets, such as prepare quotations and contracts, customer billings, purchase orders and arrange payments to suppliers;
3. Manage and update records in data library; and
4. Run all sorts of errands assigned by Supervisor.
    

Requirements: 

1. Diploma or above in any disciplines;
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in Administration or Accounting field;
3. Good computer skills and proficiency in Word and Excel a must;
4. Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, & Mandarin, knowledge in Japanese is an advantage;
5. Well organized, attention to details, self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently and under pressure;
6. Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills;
7. Immediate available is preferred; and
8. Candidate will be considered for permanant position if appropriate.
