Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile daily sales and receipts transactions by sales team;
• Prepare timely sales and A/R collection analysis and reports;
• Send statements and reminders to customers on a regular basis; and
• Follow up with sales department and customers to ensure timely payments
• Any ad hoc assignment by supervisor

Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Prepare A/P reports on timely manner
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements & necessary accounting schedules
• Prepare for invoice processing and staff reimbursement and expenses
• Liaising with suppliers and performing vendor statement reconciliation
• Prepare banking documents for TR loan
• Any ad hoc assignment by supervisor

Requirements

• Form 5 graduates or above with relevant accountancy qualification
• At least 1-2 years relevant working experience is preferred;
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to communicate effectively with all levels of people;
• Proficiency in Excel applications, Flex A/C and ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics);
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Immediate available is highly preferred
