Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Group Compliance and Ethics Manager and assist in development of Jebsen Ethics and Compliance Program
• Assist in the review and development of company internal policies and procedures
• Prepare and design ethics and compliance training materials
• Participate in the planning and execution of compliance audit assignments
• Conduct internal investigations in respond to whistleblowing allegations
• Co-ordinate and communicate with operations in arriving at practical and value-added recommendations regarding investigation results
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team, including administer invoices and payment, maintain filing and document control
• Assist in any ad hoc assignments and projects

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting / finance or related discipline with relevant qualifications such as CPA, CIA, CFE etc.
• At least 4-year audit, internal control and/ or fraud investigation experience gained from sizeable professional audit firm and/ or commercial business
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word & Chinese word processing. Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skill
• A good team player, detailed oriented and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proactive, self-motivated and strong learning agility
• Travel is required
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Compliance Manager
