Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable transaction
• Check and prepare payment for staff expenses claim
• Provide detail revenue and cost analysis for management monthly review
• Perform/Review monthly sales commission calculation
• Review agreement and assist in cash flow forecast and treasury operations
• Handle full set of account and responsible for month end closing of Group companies
• Responsible for Balance Sheet / inter-company reconciliation for Group companies
• Assist in preparation of annual budget
• Assist in annual external audit
• Work with Client Services Team for business transactions to ensure revenues and related costs are properly recorded
• Support ad hoc analysis and assignments when required
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years solid experience in handling full set of accounts of MNC
• Diploma in Accounting or above with LCC&I Higher Certificate or equivalent qualifications (for Assistant Accountant)
• Degree holder or above in Accounting with professional qualification in HKICPA/ACCA, CPA
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Advance Accounting system
• Experiences in using Sun Accounting System will be definitely advantageous
• Strong analytical mind and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Responsible, self-motivated, initiative and can work on multi-tasks
• Good communication skill with different levels
• Good command of written and spoken English
• More experience will consider as Senior Accountant
• Less experience will consider as Assistant Accountant
• Immediate available is highly preferred
