Being a pioneer in the pharmaceutical industry, our head office in Hong Kong is searching for professionals who are bright, energetic and service oriented to fill in the following position in our expansion:  

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee finance function for the Group’s pharmaceutical business and report to top management
• Prepare financial reports and management accounts, consolidations, business performance analysis, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting; and present regular management reports. Ensure timeliness and accuracy
• Liaise actively with bankers, tax bureau, auditors and professionals
• Supervise financial planning processes for the Hong Kong and PRC organizations, particularly in target achievement, forecasts, outlook and strategic planning
• Assist Directors to liaise with investment banks and potential investors to identify investment opportunities
• Act as a financial consultant to the Board of Director and provide professional advice on financial decisions

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Big 4 qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA) and 8 years of relevant experiences in Financial Management from a sizable manufacturer (pharmaceutical is preferable)
• With solid PRC experience and familiar with PRC taxation and regulations
• A mature professional with strong commercial acumen and good leadership and people management skills
• Business travel to China is needed
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
