Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle full set of account and administration work
Assist in yearend audit
Assist in monthly P&L calculation
Assist in cash flow calculation
Participate in various ad-hoc projects as assigned
Commission calculation
Oversee all bank related operation including regular and irregular cheque payment
Issue P.O & S.O
Oversee account receivable and sales related operation
Oversee account payable and purchase related opertion

Requirements:

LCCI 2 Level or equivalent qualification
Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, mature and detailed-minded
At least 2 year’s relevant experience in trading firm
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel skills & Chinese Word Processing
Immediate available or short notice is preferred
