Responsibilities:

 •Handle full set accounting, including data entry, payment and receipt, cheques,online   payment and transfer; petty cash operation; month end closing and generate financial reports

 •Monitor daily cash flow and fund transfer

 •Provide full-spectrum of clerical and general administrative support to the company

 • Maintain proper and systematic filing system

 • Performs ad hoc or other responsibilities and duties

Requirements:

 • LCCI Level 3 or higher

 • At least 3 years relevant experience

 • Self-motivated, hardworking, independent, high sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure

 •Well organized, with good interpersonal and communication skill

 •Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)

 •Proficient in MS Office Suites and Chinese Word Processing

 •Familiar the use of MYOB

• Immediate available is highly preferred
