Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline;
• 1 year or above of work experience in banking sector; prior accounting or audit experience is a plus (but not mandatory);
• Possessing basic knowledge of rules and regulations in Hong Kong;
• Fluent in speaking and writing English & Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Compliance Manager in handling day-to-day compliance tasks at Hong Kong Branch;
• Liaise closely with different departments at Hong Kong Branch, the Bank’s Head Office in Taiwan and external legal counsels to provide advices on rules, regulations and policies;
• Conduct compliance monitoring and testing;
• Review and evaluate general compliance issues/ concerns;
• Responsible for conducting due diligence checks and coordinating the AML programme of Hong Kong Branch
