Responsibilities:

• To work in Government building in Shatin
• To assist executive to examine proposals and vetting financial requirements of major service contracts
• To deal with financial matters concerning service agreement fees of Fund
• To monitor the spendings of projects
• To compile various administrative and financial returns
• Working hours: Mon to Fri 9:00 am to 5:48 pm
• No overtime work

Requirements:

• Degree holder with Level 3 or above in Chinese, English Language in HKDSE or Grade C or above in HKCEE
• 2 years solid experience in administration / financial management fields

Immediate available is preferred.
