Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily accounting duties such as vouchers preparation and invoice checking
• To reconcile the inter-company current accounts
• To assist in month-end closing and preparation of accounting schedules
• Maintains and Updates accounting data into the system accurately and effectively
• Perform expense claims, payments and bank reconciliations
• Handle daily accounting operation
• Maintain a filing system of all accounting vouchers with supporting documents by performing
• Provide administrative support to Accounting Department
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Form 7 or above with LCCI Intermediate or equivalent qualification
• 2 years or above experience in accounting field
• Able to work under pressure
• A good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient of PC skills especially MS Office/Excel & Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated, responsible, independent and detail-oriented
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
