Job Description 

• Account Receivables handling
• Perform daily data entry and receipt allocation in SAP and filing
• Perform periodic statement and dunning letters to customers
• Follow up collection status with customers and handle customer enquiries on payment
• Maintain proper accounting records
• Assist in Accounts Payable & General Ledgers, journal posting to SAP
• Perform schedules, analysis and monthly reconciliations;
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing
• Perform ad-hoc assignment

Requirements 

• Degree holder or above in accounting or related discipline
• 2 years accounting experience preferably in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control
• Detailed mind, hard-working and willing to learn
• Fluent English and Putonghua is preferred
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge in SAP system is a definite advantage
• Experience in Wholesales is preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
