Responsibilities:

• To handle full set of accounts, including Monthly Reports, Management Account, Annual Audit, Tax Computation, AR, AP and control of cash flow
• Invoice processing, cheque/remittance preparation, bank reconciliation and other payment functions
• Handle banking docs(LC)
• Undertake ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with LCCI intermediate or higher qualification
• At least 5 years relevant work experience preferable
• Knowledge of accounting software MACERP is highly preferred
• Good in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Well-presented & strong sense of initiative, and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate available is preferred
