Responsibilities 

• General accounts receivable / payable functions

• Prepare invoices, payment for signature
• Code, post and receipt payments /  Sort, code and enter accounts payable data
• Perform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment
• Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
• Maintain vendor files 

• General support functions

• Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records
• Assist in month end reporting procedures
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks
• Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• LCC Intermediate or equivalent
• 1 year related working experience
• Proficiency in ERP system, Excel and MS office application
• Knowledge in “Multiable” & Visual Basic for application in Excel is preferable
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team member
• Immediately available is preferred
