Key responsibilities and accountabilities: 

1. Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports, tax reports and variances analysis as required
2. Checking all accounting documents such as payable and receivable, payment voucher, receipt voucher, purchase order, assets listing  and etc
3. Maintain a general ledger that corresponds with Hong Kong regulations
4. Ensuring all revenue/sales & expenses are properly recognized in a timely manner and explainable
5. Follow up other requirements from Tax Bureau and new laws on accounting
6. Prepare payroll and MPF in accordance with company policies and laws, maintain HR record of staff to ensure timing renewal of employment contract
7. Carry out other office admin tasks as required

 Requirements: 

1. University degree in Accounting/Finance
2. Have a minimum of 3 years accounting experience
3. Good at English
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
5. Work independently and self-motivated and highly integrity.
6. Reliable and trust worthy, pleasant manner
7. Careful, detail oriented, honest, diligent, devoted to work
