Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum on structuring and executing of corporate finance transactions
• Conduct due diligence work and prepare for the listing of companies in Hong Kong and the PRC, including application and documentation as required
• Provide advice on corporate finance transactions, which include IPO, M&A, equity fund raising, issuing and underwriting equity securities and other types of transactions
• Assess potential deals, set objectives, explore new business and maintain good client relationships.
  
  

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline(s)
• Minimum 8 years’ corporate finance experience with a reputable investment bank or corporate finance department of sizable securities firm
• Attained all regulatory criteria for carrying out investment and advisory activities
• Strong business acumen, good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must
• Occasional travel is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager – Corporate Finance
