Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements, budgets and monthly management reports;
• Supervise and provide guidance to subordinates on daily operations and to help the team in solving work related issues;
• Responsible for implementing the company's financial reporting policies and procedures, new GL and operating systems;
• Promote efficiency and create a best practice environment;
• Liaise with auditors, tax representatives and professionals regarding audit, tax and other relevant matters;
• Ad hoc assignments/projects in a very dynamic environment and able to meet the deadline.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy or equivalent;
• Qualified Accountant of HKICPA or other professional accountancy bodies;
• 8 years working experience in accounting with at least 3 years’ experience in managerial role, preferably with experience in retail industry;
• Preferably with experience in audit as well as commercial firms;
• Preferably with knowledge of PRC accounting standards and taxation;
• Preferably with experience in flex accounts system
• Able to work independently & to meet tight deadlines, detail-oriented, responsible and be a good team player;
• Good knowledge of computerized accounting system and proficiency in Application Software;
• Good command of spoken and written of English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Excellent business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills;
• Overseas travelling may require
