Responsibilities

• Conduct independent market research and data collection and generate in-house market analysis when necessary;
• Assist in sourcing in accordance with the fund’s investment strategy;
• Assist in preparing teaser and investment feasibility report;
• Assist in preparing financial modeling for the potential projects;
• Provide support in project-level reporting and maintain investor relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Surveying and real estate or equivalent work experience;
• 3+ years experience in a real estate and /or at an Analyst level preparing and analyzing market data and perform sensitivity analysis;
• With passion in real estate investment or with professional qualification is an advantage;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Able to speak fluent English and Mandarin;
• Able to articulate research findings and opinions succinctly;
• Willing to travel.
