Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring observance with applicable law, rules and codes including prompt filing of regulatory returns
- Assist in ensuring all company policies are implemented and adhered to at all times
- Monitor all daily dealing activities, all regulatory and legislative change
- Update compliance knowledge/requirements to the relevant staff or departments
- Conduct compliance audit tests
- Handling licensing applications with regulators
- Assist in managing all compliance and internal audit issues for the group
Requirements
- University graduate or above in Law/Accountancy/Finance
- With 2 years relevant compliance and/or internal audit experience in securities/financial services industry
- Sound knowledge of applicable law, rules and codes
- Self motivated and result-oriented, able to work with all levels of people
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
