Temporary (4 months contract)

Job duties:

• Handle daily accounting operation
• Maintain proper accounting records and procedures
• Prepare month-end accounts reconciliation
• Handle full set of books
• Able to communicate with difference service units / subsidiaries
• Assist to provide information requested by external auditors

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma holder in Accountancy is preferred
• AAT level or above
• At least 3 years relevant work experience and in NGO is preferable
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Familiar with “Flex System” is preferable
• Immediate availability is preferred
• High accuracy, a good team player and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
