Job Duties:

• Report to General Manager
• Assisting the Financial Controller in the direction of the accounting functions
• Assisting in ensuring timeliness and accuracy of the financial position
• Preparation of budgets and financial reports and overseeing evaluation of internal control
• Presenting financial reports and making recommendations on financial commitments to the Management
• Help to monitor policies and operations of the club in relation to financial issues
• Managing operational data and maintaining data accuracy and integrity
• Preventing inaccuracies in financial statements by setting up internal control system and adopting proper policies for financial reporting
• Reviewing financial data to ensure fairness and completeness of the data periodically
• Developing system control for ensuring data integrity
• Developing proper operational, data documentation and troubleshooting procedures
• Liaising with accounting software, system vendors, consultants and point of sales vendors
• Conducting account reconciliations and analysis
• Assisting in the company’s monthly closing and year-end audit
• Assisting in special projects as assigned
• Managing hardware as well as software applications of the system
• Implementation and upgrading of the existing systems
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting and a Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA)
• 8 years catering business, accounting and finance experience
• Solid knowledge and hands on experience in accounting and financial
• Leadership and people management skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure with tight schedule 
• Able to work independently in a fast-pace environment
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
