Our Client, a global healthcare manufacturer is expanding rapidly in Asia Pacific and seeks a talented Regional Commercial Specialist to join their team.  You will be the business partner compliance expert in the company to ensure that distributors and vendors are aware of and follow compliance and regulation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the team to carry out audits and present findings and risk assessment to management on business partners.  Make recommendations and formulate corrective and preventive actions for implementation
• Follow up with business teams to ensure effective implementation of actions
• Set up standard procedures and guidelines for to drive and monitor business partner compliance
• Interpret contracts and relevant documentations to develop audit programs effective for testing compliance
• Collaborate with the team to launch initiatives to enhance compliance and improve corporate governance
• Liaise with legal team to review contracts and agreements with business partners as and when necessary
• Conduct training for business partners as necessary
• Ensure fulfillment of terms on agreements in accordance with company's objectives
• Assist business team to monitor plans and actions of business partners to faciltate achievement of business goals
• Monitor onboarding and exit of business partners
• Monitor marketing expenditure and activities of business partners
  

Requirements

• University degree
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
• High business ethics
• Good interpersonal skills with all levels in company and external parties
