• In charge of Mailing room 
• Office admin. duties including equipment maintenance
• stock and stationeries ordering 
• bookkepping
• Back up receptionist

Requirements:

• F. 5 graduate or above
• mature
• with 5 years' working or admin. experience 
• with accounting knowledge 
• Hands on experience in MS Word,  Excel 
  
• Good team player and willing to learn
• Simple English and communication skills
• Immediate available
