Job Description

 

Reporting to the Planning and Control Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for conducting professional business, and financial planning and analysis for the company.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Improve productivity, efficiency and profitability of business operations.
  • Act as the expert in supporting for Sales and Customer Support (CS) systems and applications.
  • Develop Sale and CS financial reports and corrective action recommendations for management.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management

 Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent disciplines
  • At least 3 years relevant experience working in similar roles in MNC environments
  • Financial or management accounting background is highly preferred
  • Strong planning, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify meaningful patterns or trends from financial figures
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A good team player who is mature and independent with a customer-focused mindset
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and  Mandarin)
  • Proficiency on MS Office application, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP applications will be a plus
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage
