Job Responsibilities

• Report to top management
• Oversee all finance, accounting, taxation and company secretarial functions in HK and PRC
• Review monthly management accounts and perform monthly consolidation
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, lawyers, professional and relevant authorities
• Improve the operational and accounting controls of the Group and ensure their compliance
• Analyze business performance to the management team
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines
• Qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA with 10 years relevant financial management experience gained in listed companies, prefer in manufacturing industry
• Solid experience in the PRC taxation and accounting requirement
• Familiar with HK listing rules
• High level of business acumen with strong analytical and people management skills
• Excellent leadership, self-initiative, good time management skills and result oriented
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Frequent travel to Guangdong Province is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Financial Controller
