Responsibilities:

• Report to Chief Executive Officer
• Oversee Credit & Risk Control Management and responsible to entire operation of Department
• Perform credit assessment to existing and new credit application
• Review and develop risk management policies and procedures
• Ensure full compliance with internal risk framework and external regulatory and legal requirements
• Ad-hoc credit analyses to support management decision making

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Risk Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience preferably gained in securities firms
• Professional qualifications of CFA and/or CPA are preferred
• Able to adapt in a fast paced trading environment
• Self-initiative, analytical minded and able to handle multi-tasks under tight schedule
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is a must
