Key responsibilities:

• Input receipt data in operating system
• Operate internet banking for daily transactions
• Issue cheques and maintain good accounting filing system
• Prepare daily accounting vouchers and ensure proper record of accounting entries in the accounting system
  
• Prepare monthly and yearly accounting schedules, bank reconciliations, expenses analysis, etc.
  
• Maintain timely submission of month-end closing reports
  
• Perform ad hoc assignment

Requirement and Skills:

• Higher diploma holder in Accounting
  
• At least 3 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in Flex accounting system and MS Office
  
• Good communication and problem solving skills
  
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  
• Well organized to work independently
  
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
