Job Duties

• Customer and vessel code creation; Maintenance of customer and vessel database
• Maintenance of detailed Accounts Receivable status for each customer
• Preparation of debit and credit notes and other adjustments
• Handle invoice posting and receipt allocation on daily basis
• Preparation of sales volume on a weekly basis
• Ensure timely completion of month-end closing
• Prepare monthly reports
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments or projects

Education and Experience

• Diploma in Accounting
• One year experience in Accounts Receivable and/or General Ledger
• Hands on experience in assisting credit control and cash management
• Proficiency in excel spreadsheet such as pivot table, vlookup, etc.
• More experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Accountant
• Fresh graduate is welcome
