Responsibilities

• Responsible for month-end closing & reporting, group consolidation, fiscal year-end audit and taxation affairs;

• Prepare financial and management reports as required;

• Responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and cash flow management for the business;

• Liaise with external auditors, bankers, and tax advisers;

• Manage accounting team in HK, TW & PRC;

• Assist ERP implementation;

• Perform ad-hoc assignments as per required;

Requirement

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines;

• Professional qualification in HKICPA/ACCA;

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounting, at least 3 years in managerial role;

• Good knowledge of Hong Kong/ PRC accounting standards & taxation;

• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (MYOB is an advantage);

• Able to work under pressure and meet the tight deadline with can-do attitude;

• A good team player with excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skill;

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);

• Experience in China accounting and / or taxation is an advantage;

• Knowledge of Taiwan tax and labour law is an advantage;
