• Handling daily accounting operation.
• Daily cash registry, processing receipts and banking preparation.
• Assist month end closing and prepare monthly report.
• Closely liaise with PRC branch offices for follow up expenses, payment and monthly reports etc.
• Participate in ad-hoc duties as required, especially ad-hoc finance & Administration reports.
• Requires to assist shipping department for handling shipping documents, matters, etc.

Job Requirements:

• High diploma or above with LCCI third level.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Prior experience in accounting field is a must and secretary experience is an added advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English , Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, Outlook Express, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Proactive, independent and with good communication skills.
• Detail minded, responsible and willing to work overtime.
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
• Immediate available is preferred.
