Responsibilities

• Assist in overall accounting and finance functions of the Company including voucher preparation, statutory financial reporting and security holdings report with analysis and petty cash management and filings
• Participate in the implementation of internal control policies, procedure, cost saving, approval control, budgetary control and accounting policies
• Liaise with external auditors and bankers for tax, audit ,company secretary and investment activities
• Handle bank account transactions
• Handle other daily accounting analysis and reporting

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years solid accounting experience and familiar with financial and management accounting
• Excellent communication, problem solving ability and strong analytical skills
• Mature, independent, detail-minded, self-motivated & hands-on
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software including MYOB
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
