What effort do you need to make?

• Lead the Talent Acquisition team to fulfill manpower needs of the company and proactively promote our employer brand to uplift the overall Talent quality

• Formulate and implement Talent acquisition strategies to strengthen our hiring quality and candidate experience

• Analyze regularly the hiring trends and feedback to refine resourcing, attraction, assessment and selection processes

• Act as a brand champion to candidates, prospects and partners throughout the Talent acquisition process to promote our employer brand

• Make use of different channels including social media to attract Talents and enhance our employer brand image

Let’s check if you are…

• Bachelor Degree preferably in HR domain or related disciplines

• A practitioner with minimum 6 years' solid HR experience in sizable corporations, which 2 years or more at management level

• Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and “can-do” attitude

• Able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
