Assistant Manager – Talent Services, you will be joining an award-winning Talent Management team to achieve your career aspiration through:

• Acting as HR business partner and advisor to support company growth and the achievement of business objectives
• Taking a key role to engage our Talents with extraordinary engagement strategy and excellent Talent services delivery

What effort do you need to make? 

• Lead the team to provide full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, account servicing and other employee services in a professional manner
• Engage business leaders and offer HR related advices and solutions that support the business, from staffing, performance management, employee relations etc.
• Plan, benchmark, develop and execute HR strategies, initiatives and projects to ensure competitiveness in attracting and retaining Talents

Let’s check if you are…

• A degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• A practitioner with minimum 5 years' solid HR business partner experience in sizable corporations, which 2 years or more at supervisory level
• An excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and “can-do” attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
