Responsibilities:

• Handle general ledger, month-end closing procedures, tax computation, consolidation schedules, and financial and management analysis
• Maintain daily accounting functions and co-ordinate between HK office and PRC factories
• Manage cash flow reporting and forecasting for healthy cash flow and liquidity
• Participate in enhancement of accounting systems and procedures
• Other ad hoc assignments assigned by the management and financial controller

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Accounting, preferably with certain professional accounting qualification (ACCA / HKICPA etc.)
• At least 5 years relevant experience in handling full set of consolidated accounts preferably in manufacturing or trading
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software including Flex System, MYOB, Multiable, Kindee KIS / K3 would be an advantage
• Highly responsible, hardworking, independent and detail-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Willing to travel to PRC whenever necessary
• Immediate availability is an advantage
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
