Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide support to full spectrum of HR & Administration functions including recruitment, payroll & MPF, C & B, training, and office administration
- Ensure company policies and practices are in compliance with related local ordinances
- Assists in HR and Administration policies and procedures development.
- Manage the office administration and facilities maintenance to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness
- Assist in organizing staff activities, company events and volunteer team
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- 2 years solid experience in HR and Administration generalist functions in a sizable organizations
- Must be responsible, flexible, resourceful and willing to learn
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Well verse with HK Employment Ordinance and related legislation
- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Human Resources & Administration Officer
