Due to the expansion and rapid growth of our Company, we are currently seeking a dedicated and professional individual for the role of Administration Officer.  

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of administration supports for group’s offices and outlets
• Manage general office daily administration work including procurement and replenishment of office supplies and equipment maintenance, mail handling and courier arrangement and etc
• Liaise with various departments and external vendors/ service providers as well as expenses control
• Coordinate the logistics services and warehouse management
• Maintain and update administrative filing documents 
• Ensure office tidiness and facilities readiness
• Back up reception duties when necessary
• Handle ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• At least 3 years' administration experience
• Experienced in restaurant license application and renewal is preferrable
• Experienced with inventory/logistics/warehouse management
• Experienced working in the Food and Beverage and restaurant industry
• Good PC knowledge (Words, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing)
• Responsible, well organized, detail-minded and a team player
• Flexible mindset
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
