Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily office & store administration duties;
• Provide administrative support to the division manager;
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Non-Degree Tertiary or above in any discipline;
• 1 year experience gained in sizeable company would be an advantage (fresh graduate will be considered);
• Well-organized and detail-oriented;
• Excellent, confident telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• Well versed in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing).
