Job Description

Main purpose of role:

To provide professional human resources services and support to internationally mobile Swire executives.This role reports to the Human Resources Manager of the Staff Director’s Department.

Key responsibilities:

  • To be the first point of contact for a group of internationally mobile Swire executive staff recruited from overseas and to address their HR needs with efficiency and understanding.
  • To support the Human Resources Manager to manage all key transactions relating to the conditions of service including but not limited to recruitment offers, initial contracts, transfers, visas, resignations, terminations and retirements.
  • To manage benefits administration including but not limited to retirement funds, housing benefits, rental reimbursements scheme, housing loans, leave management and medical benefits.
  • To liaise closely with the Staff Department of JS&S HK to ensure that high standards of mobility support are provided consistently. To co-ordinate with Finance & Accounts Department to ensure efficient administration of the HK payroll.
  • To co-ordinate day to day or ad hoc activities with service suppliers and consultants as required.
  • To review and recommend continuous improvements to work processes in the Staff Director’s Department.
  • To assist in reviewing benefits provision, policies and conditions of service, as required.


Requirements:

  • University degree preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • At least 6 years’ relevant working experience, with two years at supervisor level.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills and a track record of being able to work with a diverse range of employees.
  • Good analytical skills, organising skills and detail-minded. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
