WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The jobholder is sitting in business unit and responsible for implementing/designing and delivering of training programs all Retail Sales Staff and District Managers based on the overall training strategy with the ultimate goals to support retail in hitting company objectives on business, product, customer services, consumer satisfaction, loyalty and retail KPIs. The jobholder will

• Closely work with Global Retail Training team for organizing, conducting and assessing local training sessions according to the guidelines of the “Swarovski Retail Academy Program” including gap analysis, people development framework set up, training needs analysis.
• Cooperate with Regional Training Team on non-skill set support to retail team
• Identify gaps and needs from Managing Director and Head of Sales, implement/design effective retail training programs at retail
• Ensure that the Voice of Consumer survey figures are tracked with followed through actions to improve & hit Voice of Consumer target.
• Collaborate and coordinate with peers on daily operations.
• Supervise and develop the Retail Trainer.
• Manage and control training expenditure within budget.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

• Degree holder
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience include minimum 3 year in managerial grade
• Background in branded consumer goods and training for a sizable retail chain
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Independent, open-minded, fast-response and passionate
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and conversational Mandarin
