Responsibilities:-

• Provide secretarial and all round support to the Fund Director;
• Manage calendar including schedule appointments and coordinate travel arragements;
• Deliver best in class customer service by fulfilling each customer's unique needs;
• Manage all business related matters, personal mail and email correspondence;
• Carry out specific projects and research;
• Closely liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations;
• Prepare documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned;
• Occasional travel is required.

Desired Skills & Experience:-

• Degree holder or above with at least 5 years of secretarial/PA/Executive experience or at least 5 years in serving Chairman / CEO / Founder of the Company;
• Preferably at least 3 years experience in Banking, Finance or Insurance industry;
• Some years of experience in warm calls;
• Excellent communication skills with good telephone etiquette;
• Excellent inter-personal skills and able to work independently;
• Smart, presentable, meticulous, well organized and an excellent team player;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, excellent in Putonghua is a MUST;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
