RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle full range of company secretarial and administration support to Senior Management
• Execute the daily calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Coordinate the preparation, proofreading and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as needed
• Travel arrangements (e.g. air tickets and hotel accommodation booking, prepare itineraries etc.)
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder or above with minimum 8 years of secretarial experience in serving Senior Executives in sizeable company
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Being mature, detail-oriented and with logical thinking
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Secretary
