Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of executive support to the Director.
  

• Assist the Director to implement, coordinate and execute business plans and actions.
  

• Document management and handle confidential matters as instructed.

• Arranges travel itineraries and accommodation for the Director.

• Manage and assist in all projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
  

• Well-organized, strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
  

• Experience from IT industries is an advantage.

• Frequent travel is required.

• Fresh graduates will be also considered.
