Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR & administration functions including recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management etc.
• Develop different kinds of recruitment strategies and give advice to line managers.
• Evaluate the effective hiring channels to improve the hiring efficiency.
• Develop & implement succession planning and talent management.
• Handle other ad-hoc project assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in retail/FMCG industry.
• Good knowledge of HK employment ordinances and HR practices.
• Good command of both Chinese & English.
• less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
