Responsibilities:

• Handle the clerical and admin work for retail shops
• Coordinating events/ activities in Sales Operations Department
• Handle the customer service issue and hotline call
• Assist General Manager to prepare and analysis sales reports
• Responsible for daily operation, filing and data-entry
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
• Handling and organizing ad hoc projects
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder of business administration or related equivalent
• 2- 3 years working experience in administrative support
• High proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate who has more experience would be consider as “ Administrative Officer”
