Reporting to: General Manager, cievents Asia

1. Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will be a great opportunity for someone who has a strong travel background, but also wants to put their organizational skills to use in a fun event environment.

• Book FIT and Group travel for clients
• Support with quoting flights for client events
• Oversee the travel policy for client’s events
• Support with overall delegate management
• To grow margin where possible to ensure targets are met/ exceeded
• To ensure all relevant reporting is completed, updated & delivered in a timely manner
• Such other duties as management may from time to time reasonably require 

2. Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience in travel industry (MICE experience preferred)
• Experience managing group travel (preferred)
• A passion for travel, demonstrated by personal travel experience
• High Proficiency in Galileo/Amadeus or similar GDS
• Have a positive attitude & willingness to learn
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service
• Be highly organized with strong attention to detail, accuracy and sense of responsibility
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Independently and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
• Cantonese and / or Mandarin required
