Responsibilities

• Deliver all projects to a distinctive quality on-time and on-budget at all times.
• Work as a partner and act as the day-to-day contact for clients who are responsible for deliver - escalate only when necessary, in a timely fashion.
• Monitor closely with the financial performance of the assigned projects and work with line reports to achieve maximum profitability.
• Earn respect from clients and peers as a knowledgeable paid search expert.
• Establish in-depth understanding of clients' business - internal dynamics in particular.
• Cooperate with line manager, develop skills in risk management, resource management, quality management, time management and communication skills.
• Conduct market research and make recommendations to the internal team and client.
• Assist in business pitching & research.

Requirements:

• University graduates in Marketing / Information System / Business or related disciplines.
• At least 2 solid years experiences in paid search account management roles, especially with hands-on project management experience on sizeable web build project.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, especially SEM.
• Passion on exploring new media and learn about the China Internet boom.
• Have good interpersonal skills and is well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Have a passion in the areas of Marketing and Advertising.
• Good understanding of technical infrastructure and procedure of digital production.
• Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong financial awareness.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a must.
