Responsibilities :

• Responsible for general sales operations, promoting and selling HK residential and non-residential properties, administration and documentation work
• Assist in formulating effective sales strategies for the company’s property portfolios
• Assist in conducting researches on local property market and advise superior on property sales trend and pricing strategy
• Assist in monitoring the progress and overall results of sales campaign
• Conduct briefing for property agencies

Requirements :

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Developers or Property agencies or related industry at supervisory level with proven track record in sales achievement
• Strong selling, negotiation and presentation skills
• Mature, motivated, independent and work as a team
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
