Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer enquiry and order follow-up
• Sales assistant duties including data input / reporting making, checking and editing information, documents filing, etc
• Provide sales and production support to the department
• Facilitate and support daily warehouse and inventory operations
• Communicate proactively with logistics team for operations and inventory control issue
• Ad hoc project as assigned
• Travel to factory or exhibitions if needed
  
  
  

Requirements:

• DSE or above with minimum 2 years working experience in jewelry industry is a must
• Good computer skills, knowledge of jewelry system JDB is preferred, advanced skills in Excel is a plus
• Self-motivated, proactive and detail-minded, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
