About the Role:

This is a new role to meet continuing growth of the company and will see you supporting the team with a variety of tasks, working autonomously within a great team environment.

We need a combination of technical and administration support to our team.  We have a collaborative friendly culture and we all pull together to provide an outstanding service for our consumers.  The Head Office team is cooperative and friendly working environment. 

You will be responsible for:

• Providing high standard of administration support to the Manager and Business Development Team, including correspondence, document / reports preparation, distributing relevant information and monitoring systems;
• Preparing contract and update shipment details;
• Actively contributing to the success of the Executive – Sales and Customer Service;
• May travel overseas if necessary.

Skills and experience:

• Diploma or above with 1-2 years working experience preferred;
• Good common of English and Chinese , Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Highly developed time management skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and to effectively manage multiple projects including the organization of events and functions;
• Working autonomously as well as collaboratively as part of the team;
• Well organizing and detail-minded;
• Willing to learn.
