Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
-
Provide support on client management and business process improvement activities
-
Assist in preparing Request for Quotation (RFQ) for existing clients
-
Assist in conducting profit and loss analysis (P&L)
-
Prepare monthly reports for management review
-
Support the implementation of new acquired business and clients
-
Perform service level (KPI) and performance review on existing clients
-
Maintain the accuracy of client database and document related clients’ requirements & procedures
-
Develop business model for any new project or new client to support management decisions
-
Provide administration support to the Business Development & Client Management Team, e.g. meeting follow up and internal coordination with various parties

Assist in ad-hoc tasks and lead projects assigned by management
Job Requirements:

Diploma holder
-
Minimum 2-3 years working experience
-
Experience in client management function
-
Understanding of Operational processes and supply chain solution
-
Strong interpersonal & communication skills and analytical capabilities
-
Customer-oriented and able to work independently
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills
-
Good command in both Chinese and English
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Work location: Terminal 4 at Kwai Chung
